We are excited to announce the release of a new, better version of Rockbot, to The Clover System! Clover is an all-in-one system with custom hardware designed specifically for POS, software that helps you run your business better, and a merchant account that offers some of the best rates in the business. Included in the software is an app store that allows merchants to customize their experience, offering apps for background music, customer loyalty, marketing and more. Clover recently released their "mini" product. A payment system that is compatible with most payment types including the EMV chip, apple pay, android pay, checks, etc. This comes just in time for October's EMV chip conversion - a relief for merchants who are trying to figure out how to change over. 

Rockbot and The Clover System

Rockbot, Clover's exclusive music for business app, also made some changes this year. Launching soon is version 2.0 of our music app. Increased sophistication, usability and turn around time for new features and requests are 3 things we are excited to introduce to the Clover community. 

Usability

Increased permissions allow managers the flexibility they need to be able to monitor staff interactions and venue updates right from their clover system. With our new intuitive dashboard, managers can easily navigate to their venue, create playlists, set permissions for their staff, control the volume and more.

New Feature Turn Around Time

Ever requested a new feature and had to wait a few days before it was released? With Rockbot's 2.0 version all updates and feature requests will be released live with our iOS updates. This is a great improvement and we're happy to be able to respond to these improvement requests quicker. 

Sophistication

Rockbot 2.0 features an updated user interface which provides a consistent experience across all devices. We know you're busy and on the go so now you can take Rockbot with you from your tablet, to your phone, to your computer monitor and have each display look and feel exactly the same. Also control the volume, skip songs and more right from your mobile device. Spend more time on your business and less time learning different systems.
